Biography
Vicky – Vocal Coach & Founder of Free Your Voice Hub
Vicky is a multi award-winning vocal coach with over 20 years of experience in the music industry, beginning her professional career as a singer-songwriter in London. During this time, she performed with indie pop bands, took to the stage at Glastonbury, and supported artists such as The Mystery Jets and Katy B. Her music has been featured on major shows including The X Factor and Love Island, and she has collaborated with leading publishers such as EMI and Sony.
But beyond her professional achievements, Vicky’s work is driven by something deeply personal.
As a child, she struggled to find her voice. She often felt unheard and unsure of how to express herself. That experience became the foundation of her mission: to help others break through those same barriers and discover the power, confidence, and freedom in their own voice.
In 2010, Vicky began teaching at Cambridge Visual & Performing Arts College, where she discovered her true calling—not just developing voices, but building confidence. After six years, she moved into freelance coaching and founded Free Your Voice Hub, creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where singers and speakers of all levels can grow in both skill and self-belief.
As a fully qualified Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) teacher, Vicky combines scientifically backed vocal methods with a deeply human approach to coaching. Her work focuses not only on healthy, powerful vocal technique, but on helping clients overcome fear, build trust in their voice, and perform with authenticity and ease.
Vicky regularly travels to Copenhagen to continue her professional development, ensuring her coaching stays aligned with the latest research and techniques. Her approach blends technical expertise with confidence-building, empowering every client to embrace their unique voice, move beyond self-doubt, and step fully into their potential.
